Read Scripts from the 2024 Emmy Award Nominees

Hello,

It seems that folks always appreciate it when I send links to lots of excellent scripts, all in one place. So here ya go!

This year’s other Emmy Awards ceremony took place this past Sunday. (Due to last year’s SAG and WGA strikes, the 2023 Emmys were held earlier this year in January).

Which means, right now, you can find some of the hottest 2024 TV series scripts online!

Whether your passion is comedy and you want to see how Quinta Brunson’s network hit, Abbott Elementary works on the page; or maybe drama’s more your thing and you’re curious how the epic imagery of Shōgun translates in script form.

No matter the genre you gravitate towards, reading award-nominated scripts (or any script for that matter) offers some invaluable screenwriting lessons and a ton of inspiration. So, whether you’re an aspiring TV writer or a seasoned professional — take this opportunity to dive in!

Click on the show titles below to read screenplays from the 2024-nominated shows, as well as some 2022 and 2023 Emmy nominees you might have missed. (Note that some of the screenplays available are pilots or other episodes from the series, not necessarily the scripts nominated for the upcoming 76th Emmy Awards).

All winners are marked with **. Enjoy!
